Artfest @ UBD

Our friendly Vice-Chancellor (L) second row :D

So what do you think of my new layout? Pretty cool than the previous one, huh? I am totally loving it! I hope you 'll loving the new layout too! :) Anyway, from what I mention earlier, Wednesday is my day off. It is a day n I don't have any classes and it is a day when I'll looking for something fun to do or something entertaining to attend to such as the ARTFEST that took place at the UBD cafeteria. I love entertainment events! especially if it is organize by the students of UBD.

Seriously, I love the traditional dances. It makes me feel like I want to dance with the rhythm.Unfortunately I can't.I've tried the traditional dance once and it appears that it doesn't suitable for me because my dance gesture is too 'karau' to be a dancer! Apart from the traditional dances, there was also a interesting short drama showcase performed by the Rakis club. Plus there was also photo-shoot booth by the Photography club and I was being informed that photos that were taken (photo-shoot )will be soon to be judge and vote and the winner(s) will get a prize. (I wonder what will be the prize?)

Friday Oh Friday!

picture from last week event

Woke up early in the morning to go hiking and jungle trekking in town.I can't recall the name of the place but surely it was my first time and it was fascinating! I was with my aunt and my sister . I know I should have brought my camera and took panoramic view of from undulating hills. Unfortunately I can't bring my camera. You know why?because the battery is dead!and why I didn't charge the battery?because I misplaced the charger! It sounds ridiculous. Perhaps I should have search my charger in my messy and dusty bedroom. (lol)
But now I am at my granny's house, doing my sleepover! Oh yeah,Im going to UBD tomorrow morning, hopefully I can find lecturers to sign my green form and oh I've checked the UBD website and timetable 2009/2010 is already being uploaded and you may wanted to check the timetable right? ;) (UBD students)

The plan for tomorrow? Probably, going to Tasek Lama early in the morning, jogging and hiking. (Mudahan tah ku terbangun awal) haha..

Good-bye,friends

Myo from Myanmar (L),me in the middle Huy from Vietnam(R)

It's not easy to say good-bye.Everyone knows that.I just got back from the airport, sending off my friends. They are going back to their home countries. Myo,my friend from Myanmar and Huy, my friend from Vietnam. I met both of them in UBD. As I recalled the first time I met Myo,it was during the ‘Lady Pink Suits in action’, this forum was attended by girls only during the Global Entrepenrephi week last year. She's very nice. At first I didnt know that she was from Myanmar, not until she mentioned it and I was so interested to talk to her as she reminds me of my friend May, also from Myanmar and since then we met around UBD as well as in at UBD sports complex.

Same goes to Huy,I met him around UBD when I was at the ICTC building onlining using my laptop , he was sitting next to me and I noticed he wasnt from Brunei because he spoke different language with his friends and from that moment I took step to start my conversation, asking where he was from and he mentioned he was from Vietnam and it caught my attention as I was very keen to know more about the country.

Now,they are no longer here and I am going to miss them and I hope to see them again one day. :'(
