Cambodia is the 8th ASEAN country that I had visited, according to the so called my personal'ASEAN mission' list last July 2010. Another two countries are Vietnam, which I have plan to visit next year in July, Insyallah and the Philippines. A brief about my personal ASEAN mission; An intention to visit ASEAN countries before I graduate in 2012, purpose is simple I wanted to visit my ASEAN friends (that I met during the ASEAN Campus Journalists/Leaders Exchange Programme Phase 2,2006 and ASEAN friends from other programs such as the ASEAN + 3 Environment Youth Forum in April 2010) and at the same time wanted to have a glance on their cultural heritage, and explore ;)
As I recall, my time in Phnom Penh, Cambodia was almost perfect except for the 'tuk-tuk' driver that I mentioned in my previous post http://www.qeelz.com/2010/08/annoying-encounter-in-cambodia.html. That was the only annoying encounter while I was in Cambodia but my friends were great, with their warm welcome and hospitality and it makes me realize about the ASEAN community and how it actually can make a great importance especially in the future.
