I rather stayed at granny's place on Saturday night. Spending time with relatives and family was great! Are you still in the midst of Eid Mubarak's celebration? Going back to Uni starting tomorrow and will be having test early in the morning around 8.00am.I am not used to wake up early morning anymore :( The average earliest I can get will be around 10am. but if i force myself, i only can get up early around 7.45am. Wish me luck for tomorrow's test. Before I go,I would like to apologize for unable to come over to every open houses invitations. Sorry guys, will make sure will drop by next year.Insyallah

Today is the 4th day of Eid Mubarak.So,how's your Raya celebration so far? As for me,so far so good! but , I keep on thinking my endless uni's assignments! Spoiler!
Talking about my day, I baked vanilla cupcakes with chocolate icing today. The taste is good but still something is missing and I don't know what is it. I guess I had to keep on practicing and experiencing the cupcakes, hoping that i will achieve on what I expect the cupcakes to be. *lol*

I would like to apologize again for the lack of updates again :) Today is the first day of Eid Mubarak a.k.a Hari Raya AidilFitri in Brunei Darussalam unlike Malaysia which had started their Raya celebration yesterday.
To all the readers especially the muslims I would like to wish you a great Eid Mubarak and enjoy the festive season! and forgive me for my wrongdoings This year Raya celebration means a lot to me. Even tough I don't have much mood to celebrate due to the accumulations of Uni's assignments ( due next week) but it is definitely more meaningful as it brings more light ;) (if you know what I mean) *lol*Insyallah will update more pictures.

Its good to have the experience to harvest paddy especially Paddy laila. The activity of harvesting paddy was organised by PMUBD. We depart from the Male hostel parking lot of University of Brunei Darussalam around 2.30 and arrived in Tutong approximately around 3.00+ by UBD bus.
It not always you have a good chance to go to the paddy field and have some fun,right?.Today was definately my first time harvesting the paddy. Harvesting paddy is not as easy as people might think. So, lets say if the price of paddy laila is expensive please don't complain .Well,harvesting is supposed to be easy peasy but when it comes to the hot sunny weather, I dont find it's easy to handle it no matter how much sunblock you try to use. But luckily this afternoon it was'nt hot that much and it was raining in the middle of the harvesting activity.
So after we finished harvesting some parts of the the paddy field, (ofcourse we were unable to finish it all) we went to the owner's house, some of us took quick shower and change clothes and after that we were ready for Tahlil ceremony and finally, Sungkai ;) Bottom line, I had a great time, to do something I never do like harvesting paddy and the fun part is, the owner of the paddy field was very welcoming and accomodating. Looking forward to harvest paddy again

This was my 3rd attempt in baking cupcakes.The first attempt that I made was mini cupcakes with regular icing. The second one was medium-sized cupcakes with the choco cream frosting and the 3rd attempt I was using the same ingredients of cupcakes but also with different frosting. This time I made cream cheese frosting and only the 3rd attempt I am satisfied with the frosting. I made a little mistake in the first two attempts. The first one, the taste was really sweet but it was still okay. The second one, instead of using unsalted butter, I accidentally use salted butter.
Where do I get the recipes? I get the ingredients of the cupcakes on the internet. The icing and the frosting, I get it from many sources,from the internet, book and televisions. ;) It's easy peasy

It was good to have a small reunion with the girls last night.Its been a while since the last time we meet. It reminds me the good old days when we used to hanging out together or should I say when we we young?When we were still in Maktab Duli*lol*( i am not saying that we are old now.atleast we are not teenagers anymore like we used to)
and the idea of going out with the girls only , 'Girls night out'? was great ;) we, the girls had a chance to talk the girls language ;)
