Home sweet home. I just got back from Malaysia trip and as I was saying from my previous-previous posts, I only went to Kedah( Alor Star and Langkawi),Pulau Penang and Kuala Lumpur. We arranged day trip to Langkawi in a very last minute! and we were so fortunate to be able to visit some of the places of interest in Langkawi! We took ferry from Kuala Kedah to Langkawi and call a taxi driver (not only taxi driver but I regard him as good tour-guide!)and his name is Khairul and he is recommended by my aunt in Kedah. For sure we had great time as we only paid RM 100 for 4 hours!

Penang

We arrived in Penang on the 28th July 2009 after Jd fetched us in Kedah ;) and it takes approximetely 2 hours drive from Kedah to Penang. We spent two days and one night in Penang and surely we had a very good time in Penang as Jd showed us around. the karaoke was the fun part!as we spent approximately 3 hours karaoke. (Sadly we dont have that in Brunei). Thanks, Jd for the great hospitality! Surely,will come back again ;)

Kuala Lumpur

We left Penang for KL via train at 9.30pm on night of 29th July and arrived in KL central around 6.00am of 30th July 2009 and spend approximately 9 hours in train. Arrived in KL Central around 6am and Aunt Jurizan and Uncle Jamil fetched us in KL Central. We didnt have much time to be spend in KL but it all was great!

Overall, the vacation was great and worth it! We had a chance to meet extended families and make nenek boy (tok let) happy. All of them were very welcoming ;)
