thats me,second rowTook place last Sunday 10 of July 2009. It was my cousin's Majlis Menghantar Berian(one of the wedding ceremonials for a Brunei Malay wedding)
"Majlis Menghantar Berian means delivering gifts which consists of all the requests during the the engagement ceremony and also include additional gifts by the groom. The bride would also respond in kind. The delivery of the gifts is usually grand affair, with an entourage of men and women (and I was one of those who carry it)carrying silver trays adorned with beautiful cloths on top of which would display each gift." source: Brunei Times
